Event Planner
An event planner is a professional who plans and organizes events of various kinds, such as baptisms, birthdays, private and corporate parties and much more.
My role will be to take care of the entire event planning and management process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, creating an unforgettable event.
What are the advantages?
Creation of the concept
One of my main tasks is to create a unique and engaging concept, which comes from close collaboration with the customer. That’s why I will listen carefully to your visions, wishes and goals for the event and translate them into a well-defined concept. Once identified, this concept will be the thread running through all future decisions, from location design to theme choice, food and beverage selection. This will create a consistent and engaging experience for everyone present.
Planning and coordination
Once the concept is established, I will dedicate myself to planning and coordinating every aspect of the event.
This includes location selection, budget management, supplier selection, logistics planning and time management.
I will also deal with details such as sending invitations, managing restaurant or hotel reservations, creating a detailed programme and coordinating special activities such as entertainment and presentations.
