What does an Event Planner do?

  • An Event Planner is a professional who takes care of planning and organizing various types of events, such as baptisms, birthdays, private and corporate parties, and much more.
    My role will be to take charge of the entire planning and management process of the event, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and creating an unforgettable event that will be etched in your memory.

  • Concept Creation: One of my main tasks is creating a unique and engaging concept.
    Through close collaboration with the client, and carefully listening to your visions, desires, and objectives for the event, I will translate them into a well-defined concept.
    This concept will serve as a guide for all future decisions, from venue design, and theme selection, to food and beverage choices.
    I will work in synergy with vendors and ensure that every detail reflects the original concept, thus creating a consistent and engaging experience for the attendees.

  • Planning and Coordination: Once the concept is established, I will dedicate myself to planning and coordinating every aspect of the event.
    This includes venue selection, budget management, vendor selection, logistics planning, and time management.
    I will also take care of details like sending invitations, managing restaurant or hotel reservations, creating a detailed program, and coordinating special activities such as entertainment and presentations.
    The coordination of all these elements requires great attention and effective resource management to ensure a seamless and unique event.
